Land & Site Clearance and Restoration – North Yorkshire

Overview Oakdale was engaged to undertake a full land clearance and restoration project on a heavily overgrown and neglected School site.

The objective was to reclaim the area and prepare it for future use, including landscaping and potential redevelopment. 

The Challenge

• Mechanical removal of unwanted vegetation
• Site clearance to open and reclaim the land
• Soil rotavation to break up compacted ground
• Grading and preparation for replanting or landscaping Using specialist machinery, we were able to efficiently process the site while minimizing disruption.

Outcome

The site was successfully cleared and restored, transforming it into a usable and manageable space ready for future development or environmental use.
